From the 15th June non-essential shopping is open. Our priority is to keep our customers, retailers and employees as safe as possible so we have taken preventative measures throughout the centre:
– One-way system with dedicated doors to enter and exit the shopping centre
– A keep left flow management system
– Hand sanitiser dispensers throughout the centre
– Using sanitising wipes on public equipment as well as in offices
– Cleaning and disinfecting entrance touchpoints and toilet complex several times each day
– Ensuring centre staff wash hands often and wear gloves and/or masks as required
We kindly ask you not to enter the shopping centre if you feel unwell as it might bring risks to our customers and staff.
We have also reduced the maximum capacity of the shopping centre and will be monitoring the numbers all the time. If the number of customers inside the shopping centre gets close to the maximum capacity so will interfere with social distancing, we will have to ask customers to wait outside the shopping centre until we reach a reduced number.
At The Square we are complying with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 and the five steps to safer working together approach on staying Covid-19 secure in 2020.
When you visit The Square you will notice we have created designated spaces for queue management for the bigger shops. This is not only to help customers to understand where they have to queue for a specific shop but also to make sure that customers can access the smaller shops at any time. We kindly ask you to not obstruct any retailers entrances.
The toilet complex is now reopened and operating on a one-in/one-out system in order to keep social distance.
The Main Square and The Atrium Car Parks are currently free of charge.
Please be considerate to other customers, retailers and employees keeping social distance for everyone’s safety.
Thank you for your support and cooperation, we are in this together.
