Join us for the Waterstones Camberley Book Club! Each month, Waterstones dive into a new book and vote on upcoming reads – always keeping things fresh with a wide variety of genres! 📚✨
For June they will be discussing The Five – The Untold Lives Of The Women Killed By Jack The Ripper by Hallie Rubenhold! 👀🙌
This month’s theme was a non fiction choice with several options to choose from the one to win was The Five! A passionate condemnation of the misogyny Jack the Ripper’s victims have been held in for over a century, The Five tells an engrossing group biography of Victorian womanhood, blighted by poverty and powerless against casual and constant abuse.

This month’s theme was ‘Banned Books’ with several options to choose from the one to win was the infamous Maus! In this incredible graphic novel Spiegleman narrates his father’s harrowing experiences of Auschwitz and the difficulties that come with adjusting to such trauma. A profoundly moving masterpiece that redefined the graphic novel form.
