A senior sales consultant is required for a prestigious TV and audio equipment retailing store in Camberley. Preference will be given to those people with previous experience in an electronic or camera retail sales role with managerial skills.
The job requirements to help increase the store’s turnover and profitability are:
Smart, enthusiastic and with excellent selling skills.
Greeting customers and giving advice and guidance on product selection, suitability and availability.
Answering customer queries in a knowledgeable manner and following up customer enquiries.
Responsibility for processing cash, credit card payments and loan agreements.
Dealing with customer refunds and any customer complaints.
Balancing cash registers and the till reporting and receipts.
Participation in the delivery and storage of goods and equipment.
Involvement in stock control, stock management and stock checks.
Responsibility for security within the store.
Producing and attaching price tickets to merchandise in the store.
Keeping up to date with special promotions and helping organise shop displays.
Keeping the store clean and tidy including hoovering carpeted areas and cleaning and mopping communal areas.
