Electric Car Charging points are available on Level 1 of the Main Square Multi-Storey, operated by Pod Point. They are able to charge the majority of vehicles in 3-5 hours with a fee of £1 per hour. Payment can be made by downloading the Pod Point App. (Parking charges still apply).
The disabled toilet is within easy reach in Cambridge Square. It’s free of charge and is controlled by radar keys.
For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it. Our main doors are automatic for easy access and assistance dogs are always welcome. The Square Camberley has over 90 stores on one level for easy access.
Free WiFi is available for shoppers at The Square Camberley through The Cloud. To access the service, check that WiFi is enabled on your device and select ‘The Cloud’ from the list of available networks. Open your internet browser and The Cloud landing page should appear. If it is your first time using The Cloud network follow the simple one-time registration process.
It’s no fun for little ones (or you) when they are uncomfortable. At The Square Camberley our Parent and Baby room has two changing mats, two feeding cubicles and a toddler toilet.
We offer FREE Wheelchair Hire at The Square Camberley simply pick up the fully sanitised wheelchair from the Customer Service Desk in the main square or you can pre-book on 01276 404110.
Mobility Scooter Charging Point
A FREE Mobility charging point is available in Cambridge Square, next to the children’s rides outside House of Fraser.

Yodel – Collect Plus
The Yodel CollectPlus service is available at The Square. When purchasing items from certain retailers online, simply choose the Click & Collect option and choose to have the item delivered to The Square.
Yodel CollectPlus will send you a collection code, which you should bring along with your ID to the Customer Service Desk and collect your parcel.
At The Square Camberley we pride ourselves on offering convenient, local shopping. Shop online at our retailers and pick your goods up when it’s convenient to you, or return products bought online using the Yodel Collect Plus service at the Customer Service Desk.

Hearing Aid Induction Loop
A Hearing Aid Induction Loop is available at the Customer Service Desk.
A hearing loop is a special type of sound system that can be used by people with hearing aids. When in a noisy environment you might find some difficulties to understand our colleagues so we have installed this equipment for your convenience at the Customer Service Desk. When you visit the Customer Service Desk you just need to turn your hearing aid to “T” position.
Sensory Friendly Time
Commencing 7th November 2022, The Square will be holding Sensory Friendly Time every Monday from 10am to 11:30am. This will be a quieter experience in the shopping centre with no announcements or tannoys, for those who prefer a more calming environment to shop.
